Golf League Tracker account access is based on a League ID and Administrator Password. If you are in need to transferring administrative ownership or access to another player, you have several options on how to do this:
- Simply give the new player the Administration Password, and the two of you will share administrative privlidges.
- Change the "Main Account Contact" information under the "League Info" tab. Once you change this, the new contact will be able to use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and reset the Administrative password to their liking.
- The Main Account Contact can e-mail support@GolfLeagueTracker.com from their account e-mail address asking for transfership, and I can change the Main Account Contact for them.
- In the event the administrator has passed away or is otherwise unreachable, we recognize that many people without leaving clear instructions about how to manage their account. We can work with immediate family members and representatives to transer the account of a deceased person where appropriate. In all of these cases, our primary responsibility is to keep people's information secure, safe, and private. We cannot provide passwords or other login details. Any decision to satisfy a request about a deceased user will be made only after a careful review.
