We are firmly committed to your privacy as a User of GolfLeagueTracker.com (aka "GLT", the "Service", the "Website"). The following privacy statement expresses our pledge to be forthright about how we gather and disseminate information about you at GLT.
The base Standard League Manager is good up to 30 rounds in a season. You may purchase an "extended league" option to extend your league to 60-rounds. Your "season" cannot extend beyond 1 calendar year from the first league date.
The Handicap Manager subscription is good from Jan 1 to Dec 31. The subscription has to be renewed the following year to continue entering scores. When signing up near the end of a calendar year, you may choose the following year as your "season". This enables new leagues to use Golf League Tracker at the end of a year without paying full price for just a couple of months of use.
Only one trial league may be set up at any one time. If multiple accounts are
created for a league, or a trial league is "renewed" for the following season, Golf League Tracker reserves the right to disable and/or
delete the trial leagues at our discretion without warning.
Golf League Tracker periodically disables accounts
which are within that trial period but whose setup is incomplete for a period of time (usually 6 months).
Those leagues are deemed to be inactive or abandoned.
If you believe you require more than one trial league set up, please contact support
to discuss your options.
Please be advised that GLT offers a 4 round free trial as a way for prospective members to try out our Golf League Tracker service without obligation. GLT provides this in lieu of and, in our opinion, as a better option than a 30 day money back guarantee. As such, once the 4 round trial is completed and members pay to become regular Golf League Tracker members, there are no refunds. The same, no refund policy also applies to any individual who decides not to take advantage of our free 4 round trial and makes an immediate payment to join Golf League Tracker as a regular member.
By default, Golf League Tracker logs all e-mails sent from its system. This default logging can be turned off in the League Administration, however internal logs still exist. This enables league administrators to view previously sent e-mails. E-mail is NOT a secure method of transmitting information, therefore do NOT e-mail or post confidential information, like credit card numbers or bank accounts. Golf League Tracker does not take any responsibility for a player or user who posts this information. USE YOUR BRAIN! Ask yourself, would I ever want a stranger to have this information? If NO, DO NOT E-MAIL!!
There are some areas within Golf League Tracker in which league administrators and users can post their own content such as in the League News, Rules, or Discussion forum. Golf League Tracker reserves the right to remove content if it deems it violent, harmful, explicit, or encourages illegal activity. In other words, please don't post any porn, nazi shit, or bomb making manuals, ok? Let's use some common sense here, this site is intended for GOLF, it should be fun. Repeated violations may result in your league becoming inactivated without refund.
If you want to use the GLT logo for something, please ask first. You need permission to do so.
As a user ("User") of our Service, you are made responsible for keeping your league password and sign-on secure. Failure to do so will breach this agreement. You should notify us by email if you suspect a breach of security or unauthorized disclosure of your password. You will never be required to reveal your password to any representative or agent of the Service or its owners. You must be 18 years old or older or, if acting for a minor, grant permission as parent or guardian for that minor to become a User of our Service. Logging in as a User of the Service is confirmation that the person logging in is an adult or has received permission from a parent or guardian to become a User of the Service. You are responsible for all usage or activity for your golf league on the Service via your password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your membership, at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Golf League Tracker reserves the right to delete any and all user Content - including photos, league documents, league data, etc... - at any time 90 days and after a user's membership to Golf League Tracker expires.
THIS SITE COULD INCLUDE TECHNICAL INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. GLT DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARD GLT THE USE OF THE SITE IN TERMS OF ITS ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDE GLT, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE CONCERN GLT MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGMENT. IT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GLT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT ARE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, OR THE PERFORMANCE OF, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR GLT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION. GLT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OF TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE FAILURE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, GLT's LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GLT with respect to any and all costs, claims, demands, investigations, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including, without limitation, your use of the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GLT retains the exclusive right to settle, compromise and pay any and all claims, demands, proceedings, suits, actions or causes of actions which are brought against GLT herein under the terms and provisions of this Section and in no event shall you settle any such claim without GLT's prior written approval.
